The ACI 88 Series power off delay timer is designed to maintain control power in a control circuit for a preset time period after the control power is removed from the timer coil. This off delay timer allows for the continued operation of the control circuit for a predetermined duration to complete functions, maintain a timed delay interval, or perform other delaying tasks that require the control power to persist for a specified time after the control power is disconnected from the timer coil. When power is supplied to the timer coil, the relay contacts immediately transfer and stay transferred until the time delay elapses. The timing interval commences upon the removal of power from the timer coil, and once the set time delay is achieved, the relay contacts are subsequently released.
