The Molded Fiber Glass Tray 8082105167 with an ESD lid is designed for use with stacking boxes, measuring 23-3/8"L x 12"W. This ESD-safe stacking box lid protects parts during storage and facilitates the stacking of boxes, offering a variety of lengths, widths, and depths. The ESD lids are characterized by impressive strength, durability, and ease of handling while providing complete electrostatic discharge protection for sensitive components, with a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 to 10^6 ohms. FibreStat products comply with ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards for ESD protection and demonstrate superior physical properties compared to thermoplastic and corrugated options. These lids can withstand temperatures from -60°F to 250°F (-51°C to 121°C) and are resistant to cutting oils, solvents, greases, and mild acids and alkaline solutions within a pH range of 3.0 - 10.0.
