The ESD lid for the nesting box measures 6-1/8"L x 4-7/8"W and is specifically designed to protect parts during storage while allowing for efficient stacking of boxes. It is available in various lengths, widths, and depths, combining impressive strength, durability, and ease of handling with complete electrostatic discharge protection for sensitive components. The ESD-safe conductive products feature a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 to 10^6 ohms and comply with the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard for ESD protection. These lids exhibit superior physical properties compared to thermoplastic and corrugated products and can withstand temperatures ranging from -60 to 250°F (-51 to 121°C). They are also resistant to cutting oils, solvents, greases, and mild acids and alkaline solutions within a pH range of 3.0 to 10.0. The composite construction ensures a high load-carrying capacity and dimensional stability, making them suitable for use with the MFG-9211005167 nesting box.
