The ESD lid for nesting box measures 9-3/4"L x 6-1/8"W and is designed to protect parts during storage while enabling boxes to be stacked. This ESD-safe nesting box lid is available in various lengths, widths, and depths, and it combines impressive strength, durability, and ease of handling with complete electrostatic discharge protection for sensitive parts. ESD-safe conductive products have a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 to 10^6 ohms, and these lids meet or exceed the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard for ESD protection. They exhibit superior physical properties compared to thermoplastic and corrugated products, and they can be consistently used in temperatures ranging from -60°F to 250°F (-51°C to 121°C). Furthermore, they are resistant to cutting oils, solvents, greases, and mild acids and alkaline solutions within a pH rating of 3.0 - 10.0. The composite construction ensures a high load-carrying capacity and dimensional stability, making them suitable for use with MFG-9221005167 and MFG-9261005167 nesting boxes.
