The ESD lid for nesting box measures 9-3/4" in length and 9-1/4" in width, designed to protect parts during storage and enable stacking of boxes. Available in various lengths, widths, and depths, these ESD-safe nesting box lids combine impressive strength, durability, and ease of handling while providing complete electrostatic discharge protection for sensitive parts. The ESD-safe conductive products exhibit a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 to 10^6 ohms and comply with the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard for ESD protection. These lids demonstrate superior physical properties compared to thermoplastic and corrugated products. They can be used consistently in temperatures ranging from -60°F to 250°F (-51°C to 121°C) and offer resistance to cutting oils, solvents, greases, and mild acids and alkaline solutions within a pH rating of 3.0 to 10.0. Their composite construction ensures high load-carrying capacity and dimensional stability, making them suitable for use with MFG923100-5167 and MFG-9241005167 nesting boxes.
