WaterHog® fashion entrance mats are manufactured using solution-dyed PET fabric made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic from water bottles and a rubber backing containing 20% recycled tire content. The mat features a raised water dam border that traps dirt and water to help keep debris off floors and carpets, with the border constructed from the same 100% PET fiber system as the mat surface. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, the mat is certified slip-resistant by the National Floor Safety Institute. The mat measures 2 feet by 3 feet, has a thickness of 3/8 inch, a PET carpet surface with an SBR rubber base, a 24 oz. per square yard absorption rate, and includes a needle punched carpet pile.
