The Coldmaster® 6" deep half-size food pan has a capacity of 192 oz. and is designed to hold food temperatures at or below the ServSafe® guidelines of 40° for eight hours, thanks to its innovative Coldmaster® system that eliminates the need for ice while reducing potential bacteria growth. This system allows for direct placement of food into standard Coldmaster® pans, facilitating both back-of-house food preparation and front-of-house buffet service or catering. The third-size divided pan can split into two sixth-size food pans, making it ideal for serving salad dressings and condiments in salad bars. The pan is dishwasher safe, constructed with a durable ABS outer shell, and is NSF listed. It utilizes a non-toxic refrigerant gel that maintains temperature longer than similar products. A clear acrylic lid shields contents from contaminants and assists in preserving cold temperatures for enhanced food freshness. Additionally, the product is BPA free.
