The Coldmaster® Ice Cream Shroud is designed for standard 3-gallon ice cream tubs with a 10" diameter. It features a patented non-toxic refrigerant gel that provides superior temperature retention compared to similar products. The shroud is encased in extra insulation surrounding the refrigerant gel to ensure maximum cold retention. Made from durable, high-impact ABS plastic, it is also dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Additionally, the clear acrylic lid (CM1013) protects against contaminants while helping to maintain the cold temperature of the ice cream.
