The Top Notch food pan kit includes polycarbonate (PC) food pans equipped with easy lift spoon notches at each end for convenient removal from steam tables and recessed counters by placing a utensil under the reinforced notch to lift the pan, which reduces direct hand-to-food contact enhancing food safety. These PC pans withstand tough use, resist food acids and oils, and operate within a temperature range of -40°F to 212°F. The pans are NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and comply with EN 631-1 Euro Norm standards, meeting both USA and European specifications for use in food bars and steam tables.
