The Top Notch food pans feature easy lift spoon notches located at each end of the pan, allowing for easy removal from steam tables and recessed counters by placing a utensil under the reinforced notch to lift and remove the pan, reducing direct hand-to-food contact for improved food safety. Made from polycarbonate (PC), these pans withstand tough use, resist food acids and oils, and endure temperatures ranging from -40°F to 212°F. They are NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and meet USA and European specifications for use in food bars and steam tables, as well as the EN 631-1 Euro Norm standards. Optional solid and notched lids and drain shelves are also available, with all sizes designed to stack for easy and efficient storage.
