The Top Notch food pans feature easy lift spoon notches located at each end of the pan, allowing for convenient removal from steam tables and recessed counters by placing a spoon or utensil under the reinforced notch to lift the pan, thereby reducing direct hand-to-food contact for enhanced food safety. Made from polysulfone (PSU), these pans perform well in high temperature applications ranging from -40°F to 375°F. They are NSF listed and dishwasher safe, meeting both USA and European specifications for use in food bars and steam tables, and comply with EN 631-1 Euro Norm standards. The pans come with optional solid and notched lids and drain shelves, and all sizes stack for easy and efficient storage.
