Top Notch food pans feature easy lift spoon notches at each end of the pan, allowing for easy removal from steam tables and recessed counters by placing the end of a spoon or utensil under the reinforced notch to lift the pan. This design reduces direct hand-to-food contact, enhancing food safety. Made from polycarbonate (PC), the pans withstand tough use, resist food acids and oils, and can operate within temperatures ranging from -40°F to 212°F. They are NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and all sizes stack for efficient storage. Optional solid and notched lids as well as drain shelves are available. These pans comply with U.S. and European specifications for food bars and steam tables and meet EN 631-1 Euro Norm standards.
