Top Notch food pans feature easy lift spoon notches located at each end of the pan, allowing for easy removal from steam tables and recessed counters by placing the end of a spoon or utensil under the reinforced notch to lift the pan, thereby reducing direct hand-to-food contact for enhanced food safety. Made from polycarbonate (PC), these pans withstand tough use, resist food acids and oils, and tolerate temperatures ranging from -40°F to 212°F. The pans are NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and available with optional solid and notched lids and drain shelves. All sizes are designed to stack for efficient storage.
