The Top Notch food pans feature easy lift spoon notches located at each end of the pan, allowing for simple removal from steam tables and recessed counters by placing the end of a spoon or utensil under the reinforced notch and lifting. This easy lift notch design reduces direct hand-to-food contact, enhancing food safety. Made from polysulfone (PSU), these pans perform well in high temperature applications ranging from -40°F to 375°F. They are NSF listed and dishwasher safe. Optional solid and notched lids, as well as drain shelves, are available. All sizes stack for easy and efficient storage. The Top Notch food pans comply with U.S. and European specifications for use in food bars and steam tables and meet EN 631-1 Euro Norm standards.
