The Top Notch food pans feature easy lift spoon notches at each end, allowing for easy removal from steam tables and recessed counters by placing the end of a spoon or utensil under the reinforced notch to lift and remove the pan, which reduces direct hand-to-food contact for greater food safety. These polycarbonate (PC) pans withstand tough use, resist food acids and oils, and can endure temperatures ranging from -40°F to 212°F. The pans are NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and are available with optional solid and notched lids as well as drain shelves. All sizes stack for easy and efficient storage.
