The Top Notch food pans feature easy lift spoon notches located at each end of the pan for effortless removal from steam tables and recessed counters by placing the end of a spoon or utensil under the reinforced notch and lifting. This easy lift notch design reduces direct hand-to-food contact, enhancing food safety. Constructed from polycarbonate (PC), the pans withstand tough use, resist food acids and oils, and operate within a temperature range of -40°F to 212°F. These pans are NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and available with optional solid and notched lids as well as drain shelves. All sizes stack efficiently for convenient storage. The food pans comply with USA and European specifications for use in food bars and steam tables and meet EN 631-1 Euro Norm standards.
