The Top Notch food pans feature easy lift spoon notches located at each end of the pan, allowing for easy removal from steam tables and recessed counters by placing the end of a spoon or utensil under the reinforced notch and lifting, which reduces direct hand-to-food contact for enhanced food safety. Made from polycarbonate (PC), these pans withstand tough use, resist food acids and oils, and can endure temperatures ranging from -40°F to 212°F. They are NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and meet USA and European specifications for use in food bars and steam tables, including EN 631-1 Euro Norm standards. Optional solid and notched lids and drain shelves are also available, and all sizes stack for easy, efficient storage.
