The StorPlus™ food storage kit includes reinforced top and bottom corners on both the box and lid to help prevent chipping and cracking, along with easy-grip handles featuring structural rib reinforcement for extra support with heavy loads. The boxes are dishwasher safe and NSF listed. The 12" x 18" box includes side capacity indicators for quart, gallon, and litre measurements, offering portion control for both domestic and international use and facilitating quick inventory checks, ideal for prepping and portioning foods. The boxes and lids have a date indicator to promote organized food storage and simplify inventory management. All sizes stack easily for efficient storage and fit standard carts and racks, with a smooth interior surface for easy cleaning. The boxes can be used daily for organizing and inventorying kitchen supplies and equipment and stack compatibly with other boxes on the market. They are suitable for catering, food storage and transportation of foods, beverages, linens, and supplies, and can serve to display ice and iced beverages. The boxes double as dough proofing bus boxes, ware washing tubs for kitchen overflow, or use in remote locations. The lock-tight lids can be reversed and used as a bun pan or tray. Included is an 18" x 26" colander ideal for storing, draining, thawing, and marinating foods; it fits 18" x 26" x 6" or deeper boxes and helps keep lettuce crisp, thaw and drain fish on ice, and marinate chicken. To prevent cross-contamination, the StorPlus™ food storage boxes and lids utilize color-coded RimGlow™ technology, providing distinct color segregation by usage with crystal clarity for easy identification of contents. The color-coded boxes use the Carlisle Spectrum® identification system to integrate easily with existing zone isolation programs, with red (05) for raw meat, blue (14) for fish, green (09) for produce, yellow (22) for poultry, and clear (07) for dairy and cooked foods as part of a complete HACCP program.
