The Top Notch food pans feature easy lift spoon notches, one at each end, allowing for simple removal from steam tables and recessed counters by placing the end of a spoon or utensil under the reinforced notch. This design reduces direct hand-to-food contact, enhancing food safety. Constructed from polycarbonate (PC), these pans are durable, resistant to food acids and oils, and can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°F to 212°F. They are NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and meet USA and European specifications for use in food bars and steam tables, including compliance with EN 631-1 Euro norm standards. Optional solid and notched lids as well as drain shelves are available, and all sizes stack efficiently for convenient storage.
