The 12" x 18" box has side capacity indicators for efficient inventory checks and is suitable for prepping and portioning foods, with quart, gallon, and litre capacity indicators to facilitate portion control for domestic and international use. The StorPlus™ boxes and lids incorporate a date indicator for organized food storage, enabling quick inventory checks, and all sizes stack for efficient storage, fitting standard carts and racks. The smooth interior surface simplifies cleaning and allows for daily use in organizing kitchen supplies and equipment. The boxes are versatile for use in catering, enabling the storage and transport of foods, beverages, linens, and supplies, while also serving as dough proofing bus boxes or ware washing tubs. The "lock-tight" lids can be inverted to serve as a bun pan or tray. Additionally, the included 18" x 26" colander is designed for storing, draining, thawing, and marinating foods, fitting 18" x 26" x 6" or deeper boxes. To prevent cross-contamination, the color-coded StorPlus™ food storage boxes and lids feature Rimglow™ technology for clear identification of contents. The color-coded system employs the Carlisle Spectrum® identification system, allowing integration into existing zone isolation programs, using red for raw meat, blue for fish, green for produce, yellow for poultry, and clear for dairy and cooked foods, in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
