The Top Notch food pans feature easy lift spoon notches at each end for simple removal from steam tables and recessed counters by placing the end of a spoon or utensil under the reinforced notch to lift the pan, which reduces direct hand-to-food contact for enhanced food safety. Made from polysulfone (PSU), these pans perform well in high temperature applications ranging from -40°F to 375°F. They are NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and meet USA and European specifications for use in food bars and steam tables as well as EN 631-1 Euro Norm standards. Optional solid and notched lids and drain shelves are also available. All sizes stack for easy and efficient storage. Warranty terms apply.
