This easy lift notch reduces direct hand-to-food contact, enhancing food safety. Made from polysulfone (PSU), these pans excel in high temperature applications ranging from -40°F to 375°F. The pans are NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and available with optional solid and notched lids and drain shelves.
