This design reduces direct hand-to-food contact, enhancing food safety. Made from polycarbonate (PC), these pans withstand tough use, resist food acids and oils, and tolerate temperatures ranging from -40°F to 212°F. They are NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and meet USA and European specifications for use in food bars and steam tables, including compliance with EN 631-1 Euro Norm standards.
