The Top Notch food pans feature easy lift spoon notches located at each end, allowing for effortless removal from steam tables and recessed counters by placing the utensil under the reinforced notch and lifting. This design reduces direct hand-to-food contact, enhancing food safety. Made from polycarbonate (PC), the pans are durable, resistant to food acids and oils, and can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°F to 212°F. These pans are NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and available with optional solid and notched lids as well as drain shelves. All sizes stack efficiently for storage and comply with USA and European specifications for use in food bars and steam tables, meeting EN 631-1 Euro norm standards.
