The Top Notch food pans feature easy lift spoon notches located at each end of the pan, allowing for easy removal from steam tables and recessed counters by placing the end of a spoon or other utensil under the reinforced notch to lift the pan, reducing direct hand-to-food contact for enhanced food safety. Made from polysulfone (PSU), these pans excel in high temperature applications ranging from -40°F to 375°F. They are NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and available with optional solid and notched lids as well as drain shelves. All sizes stack for efficient storage and comply with USA and European specifications for use in food bars and steam tables, meeting EN 631-1 Euro Norm standards.
