Made of durable polycarbonate (PC), the pans withstand tough use, resist food acids and oils, and endure temperatures ranging from -40°F to 212°F. These NSF listed pans are dishwasher safe and compliant with USA and European specifications for use in food bars and steam tables, meeting EN 631-1 Euro Norm standards.
