The Top Notch food pans feature easy lift spoon notches located at each end of the pan for effortless removal from steam tables and recessed counters by placing the end of a spoon or utensil under the reinforced notch to lift and remove the pan, reducing direct hand-to-food contact for enhanced food safety. Made of polysulfone (PSU), these pans perform well in high temperature applications ranging from -40°F to 375°F. They are NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and all sizes stack for efficient storage. Optional solid and notched lids and drain shelves are available. The Top Notch food pans comply with USA and European specifications for use in food bars and steam tables and meet EN 631-1 Euro Norm standards.
