The Top Notch food pans feature easy lift spoon notches located at each end of the pan, allowing for effortless removal from steam tables and recessed counters by placing the end of a spoon or utensil under the reinforced notch and lifting the pan. This easy lift notch design reduces direct hand-to-food contact, enhancing food safety. Made from polysulfone (PSU), these pans perform well in high temperature applications ranging from -40°F to 375°F. The pans are NSF listed, dishwasher safe, and meet both USA and European specifications for use in food bars and steam tables, conforming to EN 631-1 Euro Norm standards. Optional solid and notched lids, as well as drain shelves, are available, and all sizes stack for easy and efficient storage.
