The StorPlus™ food storage box features reinforced top and bottom corners on both the box and lid to help prevent chipping and cracking, while easy-grip handles with structural rib reinforcement provide extra support for heavy loads. The dishwasher-safe box is NSF listed and the 12" x 18" size includes side capacity indicators for quick inventory checks, along with quart, gallon, and litre capacity indicators to offer portion control for both domestic and international use. The box includes a date indicator for organized food storage and efficient inventory management. All sizes stack for easy storage and fit standard carts and racks, with a smooth interior surface for easy cleaning. These boxes can be used daily to organize kitchen supplies and equipment, and are compatible with other boxes on the market. They are versatile for catering storage and transporting foods, beverages, linens, and supplies, as well as serving and displaying ice and iced beverages. The boxes can also double as dough proofing bus boxes, ware washing tubs, or for remote locations. The "lock-tight" lids can be reversed and used as bun pans or trays. RimGlow™ technology adds a distinct color to the boxes and lids for usage segregation and crystal clarity to identify contents at a glance. The color-coded StorPlus™ boxes use the Carlisle Spectrum® identification system, facilitating integration into existing zone isolation programs. The stacking order follows ServSafe® recommendations: clear boxes for cooked foods and dairy on top shelves, green for fresh fruits and vegetables, blue for raw fish and seafood, red for raw meats, and yellow for raw poultry.
