The 105XBRM series LED visual signals are heavy-duty, reliable UL CUL (General Utility) (Misc. Device/Control Unit Accessory) beacons designed for industrial applications or environments where a Type 4X enclosure is needed. The series features a UL listed Type 4X enclosure and is also certified for marine use. These beacons come in a steady-on mode and can be easily configured to a 65 FPM flashing mode, selectable via a DIP switch. Constructed from glass-reinforced thermoplastic polyester resin, the base is paired with a double Fresnel lens made of shatter-resistant polycarbonate. The unit operates on 120V AC and offers three mounting configurations: the 105BX junction box, the 105BM mounting bracket, and the 105PM pipe mount attachment, allowing for versatile installation options on 3/4" NPT or via surface and wall mounting. The operating temperature range is -31°F to 212°F (-35°C to 100°C), and the design is immune to shock and vibration. All mounting options are made from non-conductive plastic fixtures and do not provide earth-ground continuity when connected to metallic wiring systems, which restricts their use to scenarios where earth-grounding is not required or only at the end of a run.
