The Weatherproof hazardous location listed motor driven reflector 100W bayonet base halogen lamp is part of the Edwards 58 Series Adaptabeacon, which is a high profile heavy duty rotating beacon housed in a NEMA type 4X enclosure, specifically designed to meet hazardous location requirements in industrial, commercial, or institutional applications. The unit features a polycarbonate dome that allows for easy cleaning and mounts to 3/4" (19mm) NPT conduit. It can be corner mounted using the Cat. No. CBR corner mount bracket or wall mounted with the Cat. No. WBR wall mount bracket, with additional accessories available for the Adaptabeacon. For optimal performance in weatherproof applications, the unit must be mounted vertically with the dome facing up. Domes are offered in six colors: red, amber, blue, green, magenta, and clear, making it ideally suited for environments with high ambient noise levels that hinder the effectiveness of audible signals or distinguishable visual signals. It is capable of informing users of equipment status changes, communicating malfunctions, or alerting to security breaches.
