The Edwards 125 Class XBR Xtra-Brite™ LED beacons are UL and CUL listed dual mode signaling devices designed for versatility and durability. These beacons feature a corrosion-resistant Type 4X enclosure that allows for panel or conduit mounting. Constructed with a base made from 33% glass-filled nylon, the device exhibits high resistance to heat and chemicals. The shatter-resistant polycarbonate lens encases 24V DC LEDs, ensuring reliable performance under various environmental conditions, with an operating temperature range of -31F to 150F (-35C to 66C) and immunity to shock and vibration. The beacon is available in steady-on or Lightburst modes, with the ability to switch modes easily for enhanced visibility. Supplied with a double threaded conduit hub (1/2" internal and 3/4" external), the 125XBRZ beacon can be mounted into an approved conduit box or panel-mounted using the provided gasket. When panel mounting, it is crucial to consider the surface and construction details of the panel to maintain the integrity of the outdoor NEMA 4X rating.
