The Edwards 125 Class XBR Xtra-Brite™ LED beacons are UL and CUL listed dual mode signaling devices designed for high durability and versatility. Featuring a corrosion resistant Type 4X enclosure, these beacons can be panel or conduit mounted. The base is constructed from a 33% glass filled nylon, providing exceptional resistance to heat and chemicals, while the lens is made of shatter resistant polycarbonate. Available base colors include black or gray, with lens options in amber, blue, green, red, or white. The 120V AC version with a black base operates in dual mode, offering a steady-on function or 65 FPM flashing, and is immune to shock and vibration, supporting an operating temperature range of -31F to 150F (-35C to 66C). The 125XBRM beacons are shipped from the factory in steady-on mode, with the option to switch to flashing mode via an additional wire connection. Each beacon is equipped with a double threaded - 1/2" internal and 3/4" external - conduit hub for mounting into an approved conduit box and comes with a mounting gasket for panel mounting. It is important to ensure that the surface and construction details of the panel are compatible to maintain the integrity of the outdoor NEMA 4X rating.
