The 105XBRM series LED visual signals are heavy-duty, reliable UL CUL (General Utility) (Misc. Device/Control Unit Accessory) beacons, featuring a UL listed Type 4X enclosure and certified for marine use. These signals are specifically designed for industrial applications or environments requiring a Type 4X enclosure. The 105XBRM LED series operates in a steady-on mode and can be switched to a 65 FPM flashing mode, with the mode being field selectable via a dip switch. The construction includes a base made from glass-reinforced thermoplastic polyester resin and a double Fresnel lens crafted from shatter-resistant polycarbonate. The signals operate on 120V AC and offer three mounting options: a 3/4" pipe mount attachment, an outlet box attachment, or a wall mounting bracket. With an operating temperature range of -31°F to 212°F (-35°C to 100°C), the 105XBRM series is immune to shock and vibration. Mounting configurations for this series consist of the 105BX junction box, the 105BM mounting bracket, and the 105PM pipe mount attachment, with the ability to mount on 3/4" NPT using the 105PM pipe attachment. Surface mounting can be accomplished using the 105BX junction box, while wall mounting is possible with the 105BX junction box combined with the 105BM mounting bracket. All mounting options are non-conductive plastic fixtures that do not provide earth-ground continuity when used with metallic wiring systems, intended for use with the 105XBRM visual signals only when earth-grounding is not required, and should only be used with metallic wiring systems at the end of the run.
