The 105XBRM series LED visual signals are heavy-duty, reliable UL CUL (general utility) (misc. device/control unit accessory) beacons designed for industrial applications or environments requiring a Type 4X enclosure. These signals feature a UL listed Type 4X enclosure suitable for marine use and come in a steady-on mode with an optional field-selectable 65 FPM flashing mode via DIP switch. The base is constructed from glass-reinforced thermoplastic polyester resin, while the double Fresnel lens is made of shatter-resistant polycarbonate. Operating on 120V AC, the 105XBRM series is immune to shock and vibration and functions within an operating temperature range of -31°F to 212°F (-35°C to 100°C). The series provides three mounting configurations: the 105BX junction box, the 105BM mounting bracket, and the 105PM pipe mount attachment. It can be mounted on 3/4" NPT using the 105PM pipe attachment, surface mounted with the 105BX junction box, or wall-mounted using the 105BX junction box in conjunction with the 105BM mounting bracket. All three mounting options consist of non-conductive plastic fixtures that do not offer earth-ground continuity when connected to metallic wiring systems and are intended solely for use with the 105XBRM visual signals when earth grounding is not necessary; they may be utilized with metallic wiring systems only when installed at the end of the run.
