The 48XBRM series LED visual indicator is a UL and cUL listed dual-mode signaling device housed in a corrosion-resistant Type 4X enclosure, suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. The unit can be panel or conduit mounted and features a base manufactured from a polycarbonate/ABS blend, with a shatter-resistant polycarbonate lens. Available in AC and DC models, it has a gray base and a choice of an amber, blue, green, red, or white lens. The device is rated for use in indoor and outdoor applications with a 24V DC option, and it operates in temperatures ranging from -31°F to 150°F (-35°C to 66°C). The 48XBRM series includes dual-mode beacons that can be set to either steady-on or flashing LED modes, with a factory setting of steady-on. It is immune to shock and vibration, making it ideal for areas with high ambient noise levels where ear protection is required. Installation options include direct or 1/2" conduit mounting, with the requirement that for weatherproof installation, the units must be mounted vertically with the lens facing up. Additional accessories like the Cat. No. GSK-KIT gasket kit are available for weatherproof surface installation of AC models, along with corner and wall mounting options using Cat. No. CBR and Cat. No. WBR brackets, respectively.
