The Edwards 869STR Adaptabeacon Series consists of bright low current high decibel surface mount combination electronic horn/strobes designed for indoor flush mount use. The kit includes a gray flame resistant housing, five lens colors, and a 150 candela strobe (clear lens), with options for diode polarized units available. Engineered from thermoplastic, the housing ensures durability while providing terminals for easy wiring. This product features a 1000 hour strobe tube and is designed to be mounted in a standard 4" (102mm) square backbox with an extension ring, requiring a total minimum depth of 3" (76mm) (not supplied). The strobe and horn may be operated independently, making the 869STR Adaptabeacon suitable for use in manufacturing sites where distinctive visual or audible signals are necessary for timing scheduling, paging, process control, and general alarm applications.
