The Edwards 125 Class XBR Xtra-Brite™ LED beacons are UL and cUL listed dual mode signaling devices designed for durability and versatility. Featuring a corrosion resistant Type 4X enclosure, these beacons can be panel or conduit mounted. The base is constructed from 33% glass filled nylon, offering high resistance to heat and chemicals, while the lens is made from shatter resistant polycarbonate. The beacons operate on 120V AC and come with a black base, available in steady-on or Lightburst versions with a green lens. They exhibit immunity to shock and vibration, with an operating temperature range of -31°F to 150°F (-35°C to 66°C). The 125XBRZ model ships in steady-on mode but can be easily switched to Lightburst mode when ultra visibility is essential. The beacon includes a double threaded conduit hub (1/2" internal and 3/4" external) for installation into an approved conduit box, and can also be panel-mounted using the provided mounting gasket. It is important to consider the surface and construction details of the panel when panel mounting to ensure the integrity of the outdoor NEMA 4X rating is fully maintained.
