The Edwards 125 Class XBR Xtra-Brite™ LED beacons are UL and CUL listed dual mode signaling devices featuring a corrosion resistant Type 4X enclosure, suitable for both panel and conduit mounting. The base is constructed from 33% glass filled nylon, providing high resistance to heat and excellent chemical resistivity, while the lens is made of shatter-resistant polycarbonate. The beacons operate at 120V AC and offer a gray base in dual mode steady-on/lightburst versions, with a green lens that is immune to shock and vibration, functioning effectively in an operating temperature range of -31F to 150F (-35C to 66C). The 125XBRZ beacon ships in steady-on mode, but can easily be switched to lightburst mode for applications requiring ultra visibility. It is supplied with a double threaded conduit hub featuring 1/2" internal and 3/4" external threads for mounting into an approved conduit box, or can be panel-mounted using the provided mounting gasket. When considering panel mounting, it is essential to account for the surface and construction details of the panel to maintain the integrity of the outdoor NEMA 4X rating.
