The Edwards 7008B-N5 120 Volt Call for Assistance System is specifically designed for environments where an urgent call-for-help device is necessary, including health care facilities, public restrooms, and areas accessible to individuals with disabilities. The kit includes a Cat. No. 7007B-N5 Buzzer/Strobe, which provides both audible and visual signaling, and a Cat. No. 6537 Emergency Pull Cord Station for activation. The Buzzer/Strobe features an audible signal that reaches 82 dBA at 10 ft, and a high-intensity 150 candela strobe light, drawing 115 mA of current. The Buzzer/Strobe is designed for installation in a single gang 2" (51 mm) x 4" (102 mm) box, and the Pull Cord Station is equipped with a stainless steel faceplate and a double pole single throw (DPST) switch, allowing for emergency call activation and reset. Each component can also be ordered separately, making the system versatile for various applications.
