The Edwards 125 Class XBR Xtra-Brite™ LED beacons are UL and CUL listed dual mode signaling devices featuring a corrosion-resistant Type 4X enclosure, capable of panel or conduit mounting. The base is constructed from 33% glass-filled nylon, offering high heat resistance and chemical resistivity, while the lens is made of shatter-resistant polycarbonate. Available options include a black or gray base and lens colors of amber, blue, green, red, or white. The beacons operate on 120V AC and have a black base suitable for dual mode steady-on or 65 FPM flashing with an operating temperature range of -31°F to 150°F (-35°C to 66°C) and are immune to shock and vibration. A protective wire guard is available under Cat. No. 125GRD. The 125XBRM beacons are shipped from the factory in steady-on mode with the option to switch to flashing mode (65 FPM) through an additional wire connection. The 125XBRZ beacon is also shipped in steady-on mode but can switch to lightburst mode for enhanced visibility. Each beacon comes with a double threaded 1/2" internal and 3/4" external conduit hub, allowing for mounting in an approved conduit box or panel with the included mounting gasket. Care must be taken during panel mounting to ensure the integrity of the outdoor NEMA 4X rating is maintained.
