The Edwards 125 Class XBR Xtra-Brite™ LED beacons are UL and CUL listed dual mode signaling devices designed for reliable performance in various environments. These beacons feature a corrosion resistant Type 4X enclosure and can be either panel or conduit mounted. The base is constructed from 33% glass filled nylon which provides high resistance to heat and excellent chemical resistivity, while the lens is made of shatter resistant polycarbonate. Operating on 24V DC, the beacons include a black base with clear lens and white LEDs that are immune to shock and vibration, with an operating temperature range of -31°F to 150°F (-35°C to 66°C). The protective wire guard is available under Cat. No. 125GRD. The 125XBRZ beacon ships in steady-on mode but can be easily switched to Lightburst mode when ultra visibility is essential. It is supplied with a double threaded conduit hub (1/2" internal and 3/4" external) for mounting into an approved conduit box and can also be panel-mounted using the provided mounting gasket. When panel mounting, it is important to consider the surface and construction details of the panel to ensure that the integrity of the outdoor NEMA 4X rating is fully maintained.
