The Edwards 125 Class XBR Xtra-Brite™ LED beacons are UL and CUL listed dual mode signaling devices designed for robust performance and versatility. These beacons are housed in a corrosion-resistant Type 4X enclosure and can be mounted either on a panel or via conduit. The base is constructed from 33% glass-filled nylon, ensuring high heat resistance and chemical resistivity, while the lens is made of shatter-resistant polycarbonate. They are available with a choice of either a black or gray base and come with lens options in amber, blue, green, red, or white. Operating on 24V DC, these beacons feature a dual mode operation with steady-on and 65 FPM flashing options, a temperature range of -31F to 150F (-35C to 66C), and are immune to shock and vibration. Additionally, a protective wire guard is available under Cat. No. 125GRD. The 125XBRM beacons are shipped from the factory in steady-on mode, with the flexibility to switch to flashing mode through an additional wire connection. The beacons include a double threaded conduit hub, with a 1/2" internal and 3/4" external threading, allowing for installation into an approved conduit box, or can be panel-mounted using the provided mounting gasket while ensuring the outdoor NEMA 4X rating is maintained by considering the surface and construction details of the panel.
