The Edwards 125 Class XBR Xtra-Brite™ LED beacons are UL and CUL listed dual mode signaling devices offered in two versions: the 125XBRM, which operates in steady-on/flashing mode, and the 125XBRZ, which features steady-on/lightburst mode. Both versions come with a corrosion-resistant Type 4X enclosure, allowing for panel or conduit mounting. The base is constructed from 33% glass-filled nylon, providing high resistance to heat and chemicals, while the lens is made of shatter-resistant polycarbonate. The beacons are available with a black or gray base and can be equipped with amber, blue, green, red, or white lenses. They operate on either 24V DC or 120V AC power supplies. Both models are immune to shock and vibration and operate within a temperature range of -31°F to 150°F (-35°C to 66°C). The protective wire guard is available under Cat. No. 125GRD. The 125XBRM beacons are pre-configured to steady-on mode with an option to switch to flashing mode (65 FPM) through an additional wire connection, while the 125XBRZ can be switched to lightburst mode for enhanced visibility. The beacons include a double threaded conduit hub (1/2" internal and 3/4" external) for mounting in an approved conduit box or can be panel-mounted using the supplied mounting gasket, ensuring that the integrity of the outdoor NEMA 4X rating is maintained by considering the panel's surface and construction details.
