The 48XBRM series LED visual indicator is a UL and CUL listed dual-mode signaling device that comes in a corrosion-resistant Type 4X enclosure. Designed for both indoor and outdoor installations, it can be panel or conduit mounted. The base is made from a polycarbonate/ABS blend, while the lens is crafted from shatter-resistant polycarbonate. The series offers AC and DC models featuring a gray base with options for an amber, blue, green, red, or white lens. With a rated operating temperature range of -31°F to 150°F (-35°C to 66°C), these devices are immune to shock and vibration. Key features include dual-mode beacons that operate in either a steady-on or flashing LED mode, with a factory default setting in steady-on mode that can be adjusted via dip switch settings to 65 FPM flashing mode. The installation options include direct or 1/2" conduit mounting, with vertical mounting recommended for weatherproof installations, ensuring the lens faces up, and the use of Cat. No. GSK-KIT gasket kit for weatherproof surface installation is advised for AC models. Additional mounting options are available, including corner mounting using Cat. No. CBR corner mount bracket and wall mounting with Cat. No. WBR wall mount bracket.
