The Edwards 125 Class XBR Xtra-Brite™ LED beacons are UL and CUL listed dual mode signaling devices featuring a corrosion resistant Type 4X enclosure that can be panel or conduit mounted. The base is constructed from 33% glass filled nylon, providing high resistance to heat and excellent chemical resistivity, while the lens is crafted from shatter resistant polycarbonate. The beacons operate on 120V AC and come with a black base, available in dual mode steady-on or Lightburst versions with a red lens. They are immune to shock and vibration and can function within an operating temperature range of -31°F to 150°F (-35°C to 66°C). A protective wire guard is available under Cat. No. 125GRD. The 125XBRZ beacon is shipped in steady-on mode but can easily be switched to Lightburst mode when ultra visibility is critical. It comes supplied with a double threaded conduit hub, featuring a 1/2" internal and 3/4" external thread, allowing for mounting into an approved conduit box. Additionally, it can be panel-mounted using the provided mounting gasket, but it is crucial to consider the surface and construction details of the panel to ensure the integrity of the outdoor NEMA 4X rating is maintained.
