The Edwards 125 Class XBR Xtra-Brite™ LED beacons are UL and CUL listed dual mode signaling devices designed for durability and versatility. They feature a corrosion-resistant type 4X enclosure, which allows for panel or conduit mounting. The base, made from 33% glass-filled nylon, offers high resistance to heat and chemical exposure, while the lens is constructed of shatter-resistant polycarbonate. These beacons are available with a gray or black base and a color selection of amber, blue, green, red, or white lenses. The specifications include a 24V DC power supply, dual mode functionality of steady-on or 65 FPM flashing, and an operational temperature range of -31°F to 150°F (-35°C to 66°C). Additionally, they are immune to shock and vibration. The beacons ship from the factory in steady-on mode, with an option to switch to flashing mode through an additional wire connection. Each unit comes equipped with a double-threaded conduit hub (1/2" internal and 3/4" external) for mounting into approved conduit boxes, and they can also be panel-mounted using the provided mounting gasket. It is essential to consider the surface and construction details of the panel to maintain the integrity of the outdoor NEMA 4X rating. A protective wire guard is available (CAT. NO. 125GRD).
