Ultra-Inlet Guard Plus® is designed to protect drains and inlets without the need for lifting grates, utilizing a heavy-duty non-woven geotextile material that effectively filters oil and sediment from rainfall. This innovative solution prevents dirt, sand, sediment, trash, and debris from entering drains and offers a quick and easy installation process through built-in magnets, eliminating the hassle of handling heavy catch basin grates. The material supports a drainage capacity of up to 92 gal/ft²/min and aids in the removal of oil and other hydrocarbons from stormwater flow. Its low-profile design is unobtrusive to traffic and personnel, allowing for safe passage over the guard. Additionally, it features built-in overflow ports to mitigate flooding and ponding during heavy rain events and helps ensure compliance with NPDES, 40 CFR 122.26 (1999), TMDL, BMP, and SWPPP requirements.
