The Ultratech 9163 Ultra-Inlet Guard Plus® is a curb-style oil and sediment control solution designed to protect drains and inlets without the need to lift grates, measuring 24'' x 24''. Constructed from heavy-duty non-woven geotextile material, it efficiently removes oil and sediment from rainfall, while also keeping dirt, sand, sediment, trash, and debris out of drains. The unit features quick and easy installation with built-in magnets, eliminating the hassle of handling heavy catch basin grates. This guard allows up to 92 gal/ft²/min of flow through drains and effectively removes oil and other hydrocarbons from stormwater runoff. Its low-profile design is unobtrusive to traffic and personnel, and it includes built-in overflow ports to prevent flooding or ponding during heavy rainfall. The Ultratech 9163 Ultra-Inlet Guard Plus® helps ensure compliance with NPDES, 40 CFR 122.26 (1999), TMDL, BMP, and SWPPP requirements.
