The steel pick shelving unit is a single, tilt design measuring 78 inches high, 50 inches wide, and 32 inches deep, configured as a starter with five levels each set at a 15-degree shelf angle for assembly line production. This design enables assemblers to view and pick parts easily, as new product slides into place from the back, providing a continuous supply at the work or pick point and significantly enhancing productivity. The front beam includes a product stop to prevent cartons, bins, or containers from sliding over the front edge. The bottom shelf can be inverted to direct empty boxes away from the work area, making it a very cost-effective solution for stocking, storing, and increasing cube density.
